Three years ago, Table Rock was a raging inferno and the fire destroyed a home.

After initially denying he was involved, Taylor Kemp eventually pled guilty to setting off fireworks in the Foothills that ignited the 2,500-acre fire. He was ordered to pay more than $391,000 in restitution.

The amount was reduced by $45,000 late last month and he now owes $346,000. According to Idaho court records, Kemp has paid back $412.50.

In 2017, Kemp was arrested at his home in Middleton for violating his probation.

"The community needs to know that and they need to be prepared that when they set that roman candle off when they set that firework off that the damage that can be caused they might be held accountable for it," Boise Fire chief Dennis Doan told CBS 2 in 2017.

Done has been a vocal supporter of making the purchasing of aerial fireworks illegal in the Gem State.
