This is a underwater light source that players can find in ocean monuments and underwater ruins and produces a white light.

Spawns
They can only be naturally found in Ocean Monuments and in some Ocean Ruins. Players need to be careful as breaking it with a normal pickaxe will destroy. Players need to enchant their pickaxe with the Silk Touch enchantment before they can obtain the Sea Lantern by breaking it.
If players break it using a normal pickaxe, it drops 2-3 prismarine crystals.
Uses
- First and foremost, the Minecraft Sea Lantern is a light source and is the brightest source of light in the game. This light is tied with glowstones, redstone lamps, jack o’lanterns, beacons, etc.
- Sea Lanterns can also be used to activate a Conduit by putting them on the frame.
- The Sea Lantern is a transparent block which the players can open a Chest under. However, it blocks sunlight and the beam of a Beacon.
- It can be placed under a Noteblock to make a “Clicks and Sticks” sound.

- Prismarine Crystals x5
